The FCC's Board of Directors meets monthly. Each committee chair reports on activities that occurred during the previous month and projects the next month’s activities. All board members, volunteers and visitors may question the committee chairs regarding past activities and future plans. These monthly meetings offer regular opportunities for information sharing and coordination. All proposed activities and projects must receive Board approval before implementation.

WITHOUT THESE ESSENTIALS OF A “NORMAL” CHILDHOOD, OUR CHILDREN BECOME ANGRY, WITHDRAWN, REBELLIOUS, AND HOSTILE; HAVE A LOW SELF-ESTEEM AND FEEL INFERIOR TO OTHERS; AND ARE UNABLE TO FEEL OR SHOW LOVE, COMPASSION, OR TENDERNESS.
