The Birthday Club is a simple program, yet one of the most rewarding. The Birthday Club sends a foster child a birthday card with a $25 gift card to Wal-Mart.

It is important that during such a difficult time that these children know someone is thinking of them on their birthday. Due to confidentiality concerns, the foster parent, parent or legal guardian must submit a request to the Foster Care Council or Southwest Florida (FCC). Every child that has participated in Project Enrichment or the Education Train will automatically be enrolled in the Birthday Club.

If a child in the foster care system hasn’t been enrolled in Project Enrichment or The Education Train; the foster parent, parent or legal guardian may complete the Birthday Club Form and fax it to the Foster Care Council at (239) 262-4457.
